The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
A Fable About Following Your Dream That's what the title says and it is true. I finished this book in two sittings. It is about 170 pages and very well written. I would not call it fiction though yes it follows a story.
We all have a destiny to pursue. Once we know what it is, everything falls in place for you to achieve it. Also life is simple and straight forward but we assume it to be complicated and thus suffer.
If you are at a point in life where you are confused and do not know which way to proceed, then pick up this book. You will find many answers to your questions. This book may help you understand and listen to the language of your soul.
Overall, the book is short, simple and touching. Read it and you will know. This book was also recommended by Oprah on her TV show.
