Trip to Pondicherry

Drove to Pondicherry on Mon Oct. 2nd and came back the next day evening. Stayed at the Park Guest House which is a wonderful place to stay facing the sea. Also went to Auroville and met my long time friend Carsten Michelsen. I was meeting him after nearly 10 years. He hasn't changed much and looks much the same. He now heads a company and travels around the world much. Still unmarried ! Going back to Auroville made me nostalgic.

Pondicherry is a beautiful place to visit and a 'must visit' city I recommend. Stay either at the Park Guest house or if you prefer solitude, quietness and greenery then try a guest house in Auroville. The pictures below are the sun rise view from Park

Guest House and the sea just oustide the guest house. Park charged Rs. 300/day for a double-bed sea facing room and you can find a nice place in Auroville for the same amount.
